Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping. I limit my post office visits to once a week, usually Friday. If you need your order shipped by a certain date, please don’t hesitate to reach out to email@example.com with your order number and I will always try my best to accommodate.
Small parcels (lighter sleeves, tshirts, small plaques) will ship first class, all others ship priority due to the weight & size of the parcel.
Flags and most shirts are printed and fulfilled by Printful, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order from them.
Orders containing items from Printful and items from me will be shipped separately; please still account for 2-5 business days for your order to ship.
I will ship items outside of the United States but only via Priority International - this is to ensure parcels are delivered with tracking information. Rates are auto-calculated at checkout. Yes, it's expensive. Yes, it sucks.
Lost Items/ Items Not Received
Please take these steps before contacting me:
1. MAKE SURE your shipping address is correct during checkout.
2. Give it a few more days. During end of year holidays the postal service can take longer than expected - I have yet to have an order lost in the mail, be patient and check the tracking number provided for your order.
3. Check with neighbors in case the package has been delivered to a different address.
4. Check with your local post office - make sure to bring your tracking number.
If you have followed these steps and your order still appears lost in the mail I do not offer full refunds, but will try to work out a solution.
